Having a whole animal butcher shop is alot of work, but it's worth the effort! Being able to utilize every aspect of the animal and honor that animal is one of the many things we love about what we do.
We do our best to provide the best quality product for your family and ours. Raising almost everything we sell in our raw meat cases ourselves, with no growth hormones or antibiotics the way our grandparents used to do it is something we treasure.
We raise beef, lamb, pork and goat.
We also offer locally raised veal, bison and poultry (Gerber Chicken and Bowman & Landes Turkey).
Below is a PDF with our most current price list (subject to change). Most of our main cuts are lsited on this price list. If there is anything in particular you are looking for, and you don't see it, please ask! Most of the time we can do what you're looking for if we have enough lead time.

For FIRST TIME Customers we always suggest coming in and seeing what we have. After that, please feel welcome to come in and choose from what is available or place an order in advance for pickup at a later date.
We have just learned that NEW customers tend to understand how we operate a little better if they come in and see our fresh meat cases and grab'n go freezers in person. But if that is not possible, we completely understand.

We do process our own animals for individuals seeking to stock their freezer with Beef, Lamb, or Pork!
Below is an informational page that explains exactly how we do our freezer meat.

Current Prices Per Pound:
Half Beef: $6.99 /lb
* $0.10 surcharge for Prime/Marbled Beef
Split Half: currently unavailable
Half Lamb: $9.50 / lb
Half Hog: $4.49 /lb
Rough projected wait time by Animal:
Beef: Scheduling for July / Aug / Sept 2025 (as of 12/5/24)
**OR can be put on as "Fill In" meaning that we take your order and deposit and we fit you in IF we have a gap between orders (COULD get your order done sooner than planned but not guaranted).
Lamb: 2-4 months
Pork: 3-4 months

*Sizes range from 20# - 200# or more.
*This is a fully dressed, skin on, head on, feet on hog. Ready for the spit.
*If you want it butterflied, head removed, etc. there is an additional charge.
