for anyone to come in and purchase what we have available!
~An order is not necessary for EVERY meat purchase.~
For non holiday weeks we are about 3 days - 1 week out (depending on the size of your order).
Please understand that we may not be able to fill your entire order, but we will do our best!

You are welcome to come into the building, 4 individuals or couples (if you stay close together)
or go through the drive through!
To help reduce everyone's interaction we have our drive-thru open for customers to use! Please be patient with us as we do our best to serve EVERYONE to the best of our ability. You do NOT have to have an order to use our drive-thru. However, you may be asked to park while we get whatever items we can do ready for you.
*Drive-thru will only accept credit car payments (we will not touch it, you will read us the information or hold the card up to your window for us to read).
You can choose to come into the building as well!

Learn about the different types of bones and techniques for making the most nutritious stock. Visually learn with a demonstration of how to make stock and enjoy drinking some as well!
Class includes beef bones for you to take home and test your new found knowledge.
$35 / person
or two for $60
call to purchase your seats to the class!
Class Cancelation Policy:
Greater than 2 weeks notice = full refund
Greater than 1 weeks notice = 50% refund
Less than 1 weeks notice = No refund
All classes are transferrable to someone else,
at no extra charge, if you notify us in advance.
