The inspiration for Bluescreek Farm Meats roots with doing things the old fashioned way. Breaking down whole animals and utilizing every piece possible. Having freshly made sausages, while excluding un-necessary additives. Supporting locally raised, grown and produced products. Making decisions based on what is right and good for our bodies, not just the bottom line. Creating something that is not only good for our children, but yours as well.
