2012 is now here; we welcome it with open arms! This year is going to be an exciting one for all of us. We are going to be implementing several changes that will hopefully result with us opening our second location, and many more fun activities for our devoted customers. We had hopes of opening our second location in 2011, but after a lot of brainstorming we are much more excited about opening in the near future!

Our Recipes

Spring Lamb Roast

We have done our best to come up with a well rounded selection of recipes for our customers to utilize to their fullest advantage. Many of these recipes we have at the store, but not all.
We also have a cookbook we did up in 2010 that has most of the recipes we hand out regularly. It’s a great asset to any kitchen! Being creative for dinner doesn't have to be complex, but it can be amazing!

Bluescreek Farm Meats is EXCITED to now be offering CSAs! We currently have a Lamb CSA, a Special CSA, and a Small Beef CSA. Every month for 3-4 months YOU can get a bundle of fresh, locally raised meats that can't be beat!

Our 2012 Goals
1) Have 1,000 fans on Facebook. We entered 2011 with a little over 500 fans, entered 2012 with 900 fans, and we are looking forward to reaching 1,000!
2) Increase our communication with our customers and have a wider variety of activities and classes to educate and increase community awareness!
3) Open our New LOCATION!
