Be a Butcher for a Day!

This is a four hour experience where you cut right along side David for some one on one advice and instruction. This is for someone who TRULY wants to expand their experience and knowledge base. Leave these four hours with experience, knowledge, and a piece of meat that you have helped cut (David chooses the cut you take with you).

Purchase this experience and then contact us ASAP so we can schedule you for your day!

Cost: $200 (includes a four hour period where you will be cutting & the piece of meat you'll be taking home- that you helped cut)

Authentic Beef CSA

8 month CSA program where you get 1/8^th of a Beef

Starts: The 2nd full weekend of each month (constantly rolling)
Can sign up any month (as long as spots are available)

You Pickup: 2nd FULL weekend (Friday, Saturday, or Sunday) of every month (for your 8 months)

CSA Pickup Weekends (at the North Market):
May 10^th, 11^th, 12^th
June 7^th, 8^th, 9^th
July 12^th, 13^th, 14^th
August 9^th, 10^th, 11^th
September 13^th, 14^th, 15^th
October 11^th, 12^th, 13^th
November 8^th, 9^th, 10^th
December 13^th, 14^th, 15^th
January (2014) 10^th, 11^th, 12^th

We will have pickups in Marysville (Union County Farmers Market) May 2013-October 2013.
We will have three pickups at Easton Farmers Market (summer 2013).

Each Pickup: 9-10 pound box of beef (roughly 1/30 of a half beef)
Savings: 10%-15% discount form case price
Payment: CASH
*You CAN reserve your spot online ($36 deposit)

But you must pay the remainder of your balance ($500 Cash or $520 Credit Card) before the date of your first pickup.
If you do not pickup (and/or pay) that weekend, your $36 is not refundable, nor can it be applied to any other month/pickup.

If purchased in the CSA each box works out to be $67

You can purchase the boxes (not in the CSA) for $70 (cash) or $74 (Credit). *As long as we have extra available

Pickup on time: You get your box! Yeah!! You're so excited!!

If come in the week after pickup ($10 recovery fee)

If come in the second week after pickup ($20 recovery fee)

If come in the third, fourth, or later week after pickup (No recovery available)

*Can pay $20 deposit here and $480 cash when you come in to talk about you and your family.
