Pork

Our pork is more than tasty; it is more than mouth watering; it is astronimical. If you cook it right, our pork will be the best you've ever had. We have done our part, but you have to do yours as well. However, we are more than happy to help explain how to cook any cut you purchase at our fine establishment!

Over the last few years our sausage selection has continually grown. We now offer more than nine different pork sausages! We also do custom sausage orders as well (normally a 4-6 pound minimum). Durring the Christmas Holiday we do a Sweddish Sausage that was originally a custom order, but has become a Holiday must for several of our customers!

As of January 2012 the following sausages have no added sugars:
Mild Italian, Hot Italian, Bratwursts, Irish Bangers, and Mexican Chorizo.
Outside of our pork case we have a list of ingredients for each of our sausages.
